Refund policy

All sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please email us at hello@louditalians.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Pop in your order number, a note about what went wrong, and a few clear photos of the item and packaging. 

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
